With more than two decades of commercial real estate, brokerage and development experience, Scott Pickett is President of PSB Realty Advisors. He has developed and leased over 10 million square feet with 2 million square foot of new construction in Central Ohio over his career with a strategic focus. Over this same period of time, he built an extensive network of relationships with developers, brokers, attorneys, investors, tenants, lenders and contractors.
Scott Pickett is well versed in executing commercial real estate transactions that include tenant representation, landlord representation, acquisition/disposition and property management, portfolio management, site selection, planning and development, economic incentive packages, contractor selection, space planning, and construction. Under Scott’s leadership, PSB Realty Advisors is a boutique commercial real estate firm that is focused on a “Three Phase Approach” utilizing streamlined processes. He has executed assignments in almost every state in the United States and internationally.
His list of corporate clients includes many outstanding companies including Cardinal Health, Nationwide Insurance, Scotts, BMW Financial, MCI and Medco.
As an entrepreneur, Scott formed Pickett Holstlaw Byrne Realty Advisors (PHB) following his tenure as Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest Brokerage Services Company- where he specialized in representing Tenants and Corporations. Scott led the PHB team to secure in excess of $10 million dollars of office and retail properties in contract in less than six months. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Scott spent 11 years a Continental Real Estate Companies as Vice President of Development and Brokerage Services managing development of office, industrial and retail development projects and a portfolio of more than one million square foot of office and industrial buildings. Scott’s experience and proven track record of delivering successful results for his clients makes him one of the most sought after commercial brokers in Central Ohio.
Scott’s career began at The Pickett Companies, a national developer of Hotel and Office Properties. Scott’s responsibilities ranged from job superintendent on construction sites to site selection and financing for new hotels throughout the Midwest and East Coast.
Scott is a graduate of The Ohio State University majoring in Finance and Real Estate and obtained his Real Estate license in 1990. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial, Office Parks (NAIOP), Columbus Commercial Investment and Industrial Realtors (CCIIR), The Columbus Board of Realtors, Columbus Athletic Club and Muirfield Village Golf Club.
